We accept returns only under the following conditions:

   •   You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

   •   The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

   •   You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Note: Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for used skincare products unless the product is defective.

   •   Opened, used, or tampered skincare products.

   •   Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes (unless defective).

   •   Free samples or promotional items.

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, product pictures, and a brief explanation of the issue.

All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

   •   If approved, we will issue a refund or store credit within 5–7 working days.

   •   Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method.

   •   Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer exchanges only if:

   •   The item was received damaged or incorrect.

   •   The replacement request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

   •   Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

   •   Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
