Shipping Policy (Pakistan)

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar.
2. Shipping Time
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery Time:
• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days.
• Remote Areas: 4–7 business days.
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 5,000.
• Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 250 for orders below the minimum value.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent via SMS or email. You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be returned. In such cases, re-delivery will incur additional charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

7. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, contact us within 2 hours of order confirmation.
