Shipping Address Policy
Currently, DupasLumini.com is unable to accommodate multiple shipping addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders for each shipping address and ensure that all address details are correct to prevent any errors or delays in delivery.
Forwarding Policy
DupasLumini.com is not liable for any damage, defects, discrepancies, or losses associated with goods shipped to a forwarding company. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding service, we advise you to request that the forwarder reject any packages that arrive damaged. Any damage must be reported before the forwarding company accepts the package. Once a package is in the possession of the forwarding company, responsibility for the package is transferred to them.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from DupasLumini.com. All returns will be inspected upon receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition within 5 days from the date of purchase. Items that were received as part of a promotional offer must be returned with the accompanying promotional items. If you are returning a gift and prefer not to receive a refund to the original payment method, please contact us.
Please note: Engraved items, final sale items, and non-returnable products are not eligible for exchange or return. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. DupasLumini.com reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements, are deemed abusive, or involve items that were reshipped as a courtesy after a non-receipt claim.
Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be issued at DupasLumini.com‘s discretion.
For eligible returns, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a confirmation of your refund once the return has been fully processed. Please note: promotional items, final sale items, and products purchased from other retailers are not eligible for return online.
Exchange Policy

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Upon receiving your order, inspect the package for any damage. While some wear on the shipping box is normal, if the items inside are damaged, please keep the box, packing materials, and damaged items. Contact us immediately via email or phone for assistance. If you cannot retain the damaged contents due to their condition, carefully photograph the damaged items and then safely dispose of them.
Note: DupasLumini.com monitors reports of lost, missing, incorrect, and damaged items to prevent misuse. Any issues with your order must be reported immediately upon receipt. As evidence, retain all damaged, incorrect, or missing items, including the shipping box. DupasLumini.com reserves the right to restrict or deny reshipment or refunds in these cases, as deemed necessary.
